Every day, across the Greater Toronto Area, millions of people make their way from one destination to the next with the help of public transportation, by hailing a taxi or by operating their own vehicle. For some individuals, however, the journey from point A to point B requires special considerations. We believe that all people, independent of the conditions that govern their mobility, deserve a transportation service that is invested in the safety, comfort and well being of its passengers. Wheelchair Accessible Transit, a division of Toronto Para Transit, has provided safe, secure and reliable transportation services across the city of Toronto and throughout the Province of Ontario for the better part of the last decade. Our flexible, door-to-door service packages are specifically designed to best cater to our clients’ various needs, schedules and budget constraints.

We operate a fleet of over 100 vehicles, more than half of which are wheelchair accessible, accommodating anywhere from 1 to 6 wheelchairs and a limited number of friends, family and escorts. Each of these vehicles is converted to ensure our passengers’ ease of boarding and security while en route. Additionally, most of our vehicles are less than 2 years of age, giving our customers’ the added peace of mind of riding in a vehicle that is clean and well maintained.

In our never-ending quest to exceed the standards set by our industry, we’re constantly upgrading our services with new vehicles, new promotions and new packages.
